Your Mission
HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is critical for extending our reach across the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico, ensuring that our safety solutions protect manufacturing environments handling combustible liquids, vapors, powders, and bulk solids.
The position requires a candidate who lives in the region, preferably in Denver or Phoenix, though locations near major airports may be considered. The role involves significant travel (40-60%), including participation in local and national trade shows and international training opportunities.
How You Will Make a Difference
In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for explosion prevention and protection solutions, developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms. You will be responsible for training and supporting distributors and external sales representatives across our full product portfolio, while delivering accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
You will represent the company at customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows, managing and optimizing the regional CRM to ensure pipeline visibility, data integrity, and effective territory planning.
