HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is pivotal in connecting our safety solutions with the manufacturing sectors that handle combustible liquids, vapors, powders, and bulk solids.
The territory spans the Western United States (NM, AZ, CA, CO, UT, NV, ID, WY, MT, OR, WA), Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB), and Mexico. The position requires 40-60% travel, including local and national trade shows and international training. While we prefer candidates based in Denver or Phoenix, other locations near major airports may be considered.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for explosion prevention and protection solutions. You will develop and maintain long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms. A key part of your day involves training and supporting distributors and external sales representatives across our full product portfolio, while delivering accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
You will represent the company at customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows, managing and optimizing the regional CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and effective territory planning.
