Your Mission
HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is critical for extending our reach across the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico, ensuring that our life safety solutions reach the manufacturing sectors that need them most.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex industrial manufacturing processes and our explosion prevention solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms while training and supporting distributors across the full product portfolio. This position requires a deep functional understanding of primary process equipment in combustible liquids, vapors, powder, and bulk solids-handling industries.
As a key representative of the brand, you will deliver accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions, manage regional CRM data, and represent HOERBIGER at customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows. The role involves significant travel (40-60%), including local and national trade shows and international training, with a preference for candidates based in Denver or Phoenix or other locations near major airports.

Requirements
