The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) serves as the strategic bridge between Red Bull's national vision and local execution within specific national chains. This role is dedicated to selling and implementing Red Bull's strategies across defined regions, divisions, or banners. The RSM owns regional key account performance, driving results in volume, market share, and spending budgets while ensuring alignment with distribution, pricing, and promotion goals.
Beyond execution, the RSM is responsible for building productive business relationships with assigned accounts. The role involves developing tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving Red Bull's objectives, helping to drive best practices through strong results and innovative problem-solving. A critical part of the day-to-day involves ensuring that all regional programs and promotional activities align with the overarching chain strategy and the Joint Business Plan defined by the head of the account.
This position offers the flexibility to be based in either Houston, TX, or Austin, TX.

Experience in the beverage, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industries, or in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operation. Experience managing chain accounts across multiple channels, with grocery and/or convenience stores.
