As a Customer Success Manager, you will own relationships with our direct customer base, serving as the foundation for a world-class customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional eager to shape the long-term vision of Customer Success. You will partner with HR teams at fast-growing companies to ensure adoption, retention, and value realization. Beyond managing accounts, you will help define the playbooks, processes, and tools needed to scale our operations.
