About the Role

As a Regional Sales Director based in Chandler, AZ, you will lead the company's sales force and strategic efforts for the region. This role serves as the vital bridge between our sales objectives and operational realities. You will work closely with production teams to align forecasts with product availability, collaborate with Quality Control for specification requirements, coordinate with Dispatch on delivery logistics, and partner with Credit and Collections to ensure timely payments.

Your day-to-day involves formulating strategies to win new clients through diverse channels, from cold-calling to targeted marketing campaigns. You will establish and adjust pricing plans in collaboration with the General Manager, monitoring costs, competition, and market trends to maintain sales volume and product mix. Beyond strategy, you will assign territories, set quotas, and evaluate the performance of your sales staff to drive continuous improvement. Ultimately, you hold overall responsibility for the sale of all aggregate products within your region, ensuring accurate inventory coordination with production facilities and resolving customer disputes with professionalism.
