We are a well-established multifamily ownership and management company seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 1,200+ market-rate apartment units across the Charleston region. This leadership role is designed for a strategic and hands-on multifamily leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring Property Managers, and can successfully balance financial performance with strong resident and team experiences.

In this position, you will drive operational performance, financial results, occupancy, resident satisfaction, and team development across multiple communities. You will play a critical leadership function within the organization, where your ability to drive operational consistency, mentor high-performing teams, and improve financial performance directly impacts resident satisfaction, asset performance, and long-term portfolio success.
