Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage all aspects of property operations including leasing, collections, renewals, and vendor coordination
- check_circleMonitor rents, expenses, and budget compliance to achieve financial goals
- check_circleConduct move-in/move-out inspections and review notices to vacate to improve retention
- check_circlePartner with maintenance teams to ensure units are market-ready and service requests are completed
- check_circleConduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- check_circleMaintain accurate records for leases, inspections, and permits
- check_circleSubmit weekly and monthly reports to the corporate office and participate in management meetings
- check_circleApprove invoices, manage vendor relationships, and oversee rent collection and delinquency actions
- check_circleOversee leasing activity, approve applications, and implement marketing plans to meet occupancy goals
- check_circleEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations such as Fair Housing and ADA
- check_circlePromote exceptional customer service and ensure timely responses to resident concerns
- check_circleRecruit, onboard, and train on-site staff while conducting performance evaluations
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedProficient in OneSite or Yardi
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedKnowledge of state lease documents
- verifiedKnowledge of Fair Housing laws
- verifiedKnowledge of Property Code
