Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead end-to-end project management for new and renovated facilities including major system replacements
- check_circlePartner with architects, engineers, and contractors to plan, design, and execute real estate projects
- check_circleManage multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure successful delivery on scope, schedule, and budget
- check_circleDevelop and manage property-level operating and capital budgets including forecasts and variance analysis
- check_circleImplement and maintain computerized maintenance management and building automation systems
- check_circleEstablish and enforce contractor standards across the enterprise and audit for compliance
- check_circleCoordinate with Legal, EHS, and operational teams to align project requirements and business continuity plans
- check_circleInspect facilities and contractor work to ensure quality and adherence to contractual standards
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- verified5 years experience in real estate development, design, construction or related field
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
