About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Office Manager to serve as the operational anchor for our Washington D.C., Charlotte, NC, and New York, NY offices. While based in Washington, D.C., this pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations across all three locations, requiring occasional travel to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with firm-wide initiatives.

As the primary liaison between the regional offices and central departments—including Human Resources, Finance, Facilities, IT, and Business Development—you will implement policies and procedures that drive efficiency and culture. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and the Managing Shareholders of the assigned offices, serving as a strategic partner in maintaining the firm's high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDirect supervision of legal practice assistants, receptionists, and other business professionals
  • check_circleApprove time tracking and monitor all requests for time off
  • check_circleManage facility maintenance, security, office assignments, and office moves
  • check_circleOversee records operations and monitor onsite Ricoh Office Services
  • check_circleCollaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, and IT to implement firm-wide initiatives
  • check_circleOversee daily office operations across Washington D.C., Charlotte, and New York locations
  • check_circleAssess and report Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery events to senior leadership
  • check_circleManage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for administrative personnel
  • check_circleAdminister performance evaluations and handle personnel issues including corrective actions
  • check_circleCoordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions for attorneys and staff

Requirements
