We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our U.S. Human Resources team at our Corporate Headquarters in Cordova, Tennessee. Reporting to the GM of U.S. HR Operations, this role is pivotal in leading full-cycle recruiting for salaried positions across our 24 mill and plant locations, as well as our corporate offices in Cordova, Tennessee, and Greenville, North Carolina.
In this position, you will partner closely with hiring leaders, Regional HR leaders, and local HR representatives to define talent needs and align on candidate profiles. Your day-to-day involves developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent across functional, operational, and leadership roles. You will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle—from intake and sourcing through screening, interviewing, and offer development—while ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Beyond execution, you will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and hiring processes. You will provide guidance to mill HR teams regarding hourly recruiting practices, build robust candidate pipelines using HRIS and applicant tracking tools, and utilize data-driven metrics to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment and is eager to contribute to a company that values internal growth and operational excellence.
If you are ready to build your career with a company that thrives on growth, challenge, and opportunity, we invite you to apply. Please submit your application through our online portal at www.westfraser.com/jobs. Be sure to attach your resume to your online profile, as resumes will not be accepted via email or at the site.
We thank all candidates for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Please note that we do not accept phone inquiries regarding application status.
