About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a dynamic aerospace environment in California. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is designed for a hands-on HR specialist dedicated to guiding core people operations, strengthening employee engagement, and partnering effectively with leaders across the organization.
In this role, you will oversee essential human resources programs spanning talent acquisition, compliance, benefits, and workplace relations. Your mission is to help maintain a positive, safety-focused culture while ensuring consistent application of policies and alignment with employment regulations. You will serve as the primary contact for regulated drug and alcohol testing programs and work closely with department leadership to address staffing needs and support long-term talent development.
The day-to-day involves building strong relationships across the organization by maintaining an active presence with employees and supervisors in operational areas. You will coordinate the complete employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to transitions and separations, while promoting a workplace culture that values accountability, safety, collaboration, and employee involvement.
