The HR Generalist serves as a vital partner in supporting daily human resources operations and ensuring the effective delivery of services across the organization. Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, this role bridges the gap between policy and practice, handling a broad spectrum of functions from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of the employee experience. You will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, conduct new hire orientations, and maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking systems. Beyond recruitment, you will be the go-to resource for resolving workplace inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and guiding disciplinary processes with care and confidentiality.
Your work will also involve administering benefits and compensation programs, coordinating with payroll, and ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and internal policies. By preparing HR reports and maintaining data accuracy in our HRIS, you will provide the metrics necessary to drive organizational decisions. Additionally, you will play a role in fostering a culture of growth by coordinating training sessions and supporting performance review processes.
