Our Billings, Montana office is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to serve as a vital resource for employees and managers. This on-site position supports day-to-day human resources operations and plays a key role in the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of managing multiple priorities with sound judgment. You will help foster a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture by providing guidance on HR policies, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
