As a Regional Event Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind developing key relationships with new accounts and growing existing ones. This role exists to ensure the delivery of outstanding client experiences while maintaining financial profitability. You will partner closely with Experience Designers and the Creative Team to craft proposal visions and program specifications that target client goals and budgets.
Your day will involve qualifying leads, developing innovative program strategies, and executing dynamic presentations to prospective clients. You will arrange and conduct site inspections, entertain clients, and build personal rapport to finalize and close business. Beyond the sales cycle, you will collaborate with Event Producers to ensure client expectations are met and programs exceed expectations. You will also act as a local expert, educating the Global Sales team on market opportunities and implementing business and marketing plans for the destination.
Note: This is a hybrid role. Applicants must be based in or near Palm Springs to be considered.
