As a Regional Event Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind developing key relationships with new accounts and growing existing ones. This role is designed for those who are curious, bold, and ready to build standout experiences. You will partner with Experience Designers and the Creative Team to craft proposal visions and program specifications that target client goals and budgets.
Your day-to-day involves qualifying leads, developing innovative program strategies, and executing dynamic presentations to prospective clients. You will arrange and conduct site inspections, entertain clients, and build personal rapport to finalize and close business. Beyond the sales cycle, you will collaborate with Event Producers to ensure client expectations are met and programs exceed expectations, while remaining current on industry trends and local market developments.
While this position allows for remote work, you must reside in the Houston area and be available to attend client meetings, events, and site inspections in person regularly.
