As a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, you will serve as the primary Lean champion for our Rosenberg and Pearland, Texas manufacturing sites. This role is pivotal in deploying a strategic Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap that directly impacts Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS). You will drive transformation across end-to-end processes and systems to improve gross margin through strategic productivity initiatives, such as material flow optimization and lead time reduction.
In this position, you will not only lead the execution of CI strategies but also cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across all organizational levels. Your day-to-day involves facilitating workshops, leading Gemba walks, and coaching frontline leaders to build internal capability. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on flow lean and problem-solving tools, ensuring that improvements are not only identified but sustained through standardized work and robust data analysis. This role requires approximately 60% of your time at the Rosenberg site and 40% at the Pearland site, with frequent travel between locations to ensure consistent operational excellence.

SME/AME/ASQ/Shingo Prizes Lean Certification or other Lean Black Belt certification. Related industry experience in precision components supporting oil and gas. Proven ability to build a culture with a vision and strategy for continuous improvement. Experience leading or executing Operational Excellence processes, tools, and organizational learning and development programs in a manufacturing environment. Capability to support multiple sites to ensure targets are being achieved.
