About the Team

Dover Precision Components (DPC) is a market-leading division of Dover Corporation, a stable and innovative $7.7 billion global company. Operating within the Pumps and Process Solutions segment, DPC delivers performance-critical solutions across the oil & gas, power generation, marine, industrial, chemical, and general processing markets. We design and manufacture mission-critical equipment components that enable more affordable, cleaner energy solutions and help manufacturers operate more efficiently.

Our global footprint spans more than twelve locations in the Americas, with additional sites in Europe and China. Through our portfolio of brands—including Cook Compression, Waukesha Bearings, and Inpro/Seal—we are dedicated to enhancing performance, improving safety, reducing carbon emissions, and accelerating clean energy adoption through collaborative customer relationships and an innovative culture.

About the Role

As a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager, you will serve as the primary Lean champion for our Rosenberg and Pearland, Texas manufacturing sites. This role is pivotal in deploying a strategic Continuous Improvement (CI) roadmap that directly impacts Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS). You will drive transformation across end-to-end processes and systems to improve gross margin through strategic productivity initiatives, such as material flow optimization and lead time reduction.

In this position, you will not only lead the execution of CI strategies but also cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across all organizational levels. Your day-to-day involves facilitating workshops, leading Gemba walks, and coaching frontline leaders to build internal capability. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on flow lean and problem-solving tools, ensuring that improvements are not only identified but sustained through standardized work and robust data analysis. This role requires approximately 60% of your time at the Rosenberg site and 40% at the Pearland site, with frequent travel between locations to ensure consistent operational excellence.

Hiring Process

We are looking for a proactive leader who can effect change and drive a CI mindset across multiple disciplines. Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to collaborate with functional leaders, their program management skills in multi-site environments, and their analytical acumen. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who demonstrate strong integrity, communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in high-performing manufacturing organizations.

Our Culture and Commitment

At Dover Precision Components, we are committed to building potential, sustaining performance, and boosting futures. We recognize our employees' needs by providing an enriching experience through professional developmental opportunities. Our authentic, collaborative company culture is supported by a competitive suite of health and welfare offerings designed to support our team's well-being.

We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law. We are also committed to accessibility; if you require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, please contact hr@doverprecision.com.

Note: Dover Corporation and its affiliated companies are vigilant against recruitment fraud. We do not endorse practices involving payment or requests for personal information outside of our official application process. Please verify all job offers through our official careers site.
