We are searching for the best talent for a field-based Regional Business Director role to support the commercialization of Monarch Urology within an assigned geography. The MONARCH™ Platform was first introduced in 2018, creating a new category of care as the first endoluminal robotic-assisted bronchoscopy system. The Monarch Platform for Urology will soon create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology system designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access of organs across the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
This position operates in a field-based sales leadership environment and requires regular travel throughout the assigned geography. The role includes customer-facing work in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and procedural settings, as well as collaboration with internal matrix partners to support successful system launches and ongoing utilization growth.
