This position serves as the operational backbone for a multi-physician practice or division, managing the daily administrative functions that keep the department running smoothly. The role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and administrative efficiency, ensuring that the practice not only meets its patient care goals but also adheres to strict fiscal and regulatory standards.
You will act as the primary liaison between attending physicians, patients, and administrative leadership. Your day involves coordinating complex program development, overseeing space allocation, and managing capital equipment requests. Beyond daily operations, you will guide the Operations team toward achieving department objectives, fostering a culture of growth and efficiency. This role requires a strategic mindset to adapt programs to market changes while maintaining compliance with evolving regulatory agencies and public health laws.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to demonstrate leadership in healthcare administration, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who can effectively manage personnel, streamline operations, and collaborate with clinical staff to drive positive outcomes.
