The Provider Services Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a vital partner in navigating the complex medical system for our patients in the Bitterroot Valley. This role goes beyond clinical service delivery; it is about ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant care across Big Sky's entire care continuum. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and operational excellence.
In this position, you will serve as a primary care physician and clinical resource, delivering care through in-person visits, telephone, and telehealth across residential, facility-based, and home environments. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing chronic conditions, all while supporting evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives. You will act as a bridge between patients, families, and the broader healthcare community, ensuring continuity of care and fostering a cooperative, respectful work environment.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to pass a background check and drug screening. The position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to serve patients in the Bitterroot Valley. As an at-will employee, you will be expected to adhere to all organizational policies, including the Code of Conduct, and maintain strict confidentiality regarding protected health information.
