Banner Urgent Care is expanding within the Phoenix West Valley, seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to join our integrated health system. This is an excellent, urgent opportunity for providers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. You will join a team supported by Medical Assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists, allowing for a truly independent practice. The role offers flexible scheduling to encourage work-life balance, with clinics open seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm, including holidays. Providers share a call shift once a month and have the opportunity to boost earnings through additional patient care incentives. Additionally, these locations qualify for federal public student loan forgiveness (PSLF).
