About the Team
Banner Urgent Care is expanding within the East Valley Phoenix area, seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to join our integrated health system. About the Role
This is an urgent opportunity for providers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. You will join a team supported by medical assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists, allowing you to practice with independence. Our unique approach includes innovative care models such as Telehealth, sports medicine, and joint primary care.
Clinics are open 7 days a week, including holidays, from 8 am to 8 pm. The role offers flexible scheduling to encourage work-life balance, with a shared call schedule of one shift per month. Providers can boost their earnings through additional patient care incentives. Additionally, these locations qualify for federal public student loan forgiveness (PSLF).

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum one year of urgent care or procedures experience
- verifiedFamily Nurse Practitioner designation with active AZ license
- verifiedDEA with prescriptive authority required
- verifiedNational Certification and BLS required
- verifiedRecent experience with all ages (newborn to geriatric)
- verifiedProficient in urgent care procedures
