Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and execute regional business plans to achieve capital placement and revenue objectives
- check_circleRecruit, coach, and lead a team of Area Sales Leaders and Clinical Representatives
- check_circleGuide direct reports in territory planning, sales forecasting, and account prioritization
- check_circlePartner with the field team to identify and develop clinical and economic champions
- check_circleSupport and lead complex capital sales cycles including executive stakeholder engagement
- check_circleEnsure coordination across pre-sale evaluation, launch readiness, and clinical adoption
- check_circleBuild and maintain senior-level customer relationships to support clinical and economic goals
- check_circlePresent sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance insights to sales leadership
- check_circlePartner cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and operations teams for successful launches
- check_circleDevelop expert-level knowledge of Monarch Urology technology and competitive dynamics
- check_circleOperate with a strong commitment to compliance, quality, and healthcare industry requirements
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree
- verified3+ years healthcare/medical device commercial experience
- verifiedPrior capital equipment or surgical robotics sales experience
- verifiedPrior people leadership experience
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedAbility to travel up to 75%
- verifiedAbility to work in hospital and ASC environments

Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or operating room-based commercialization.
