We are seeking a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our award-winning Special Education team. In this pivotal role, you will transform the lives of students in Grades K-12 across multiple Spectrum School locations in the SF Bay Area (Antioch, Pittsburg, Concord, Oakland, and San Pablo). You will provide tailored clinical and educational interventions designed to meet each learner's unique needs, working under the support of the Area/Regional VP of Operations and onsite Program Directors.
As the primary advocate for quality assurance, you will lead with expertise, guiding and mentoring your team through hands-on training and professional development. Your day will involve collaborating closely with on-site education teams to analyze data, monitor student progress, and ensure programs comply with applicable laws and regulations while reflecting best practices.
