About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our award-winning Special Education team in the SF Bay Area (Antioch, Pittsburg, Concord, Oakland, and San Pablo). In this pivotal role, you will transform the lives of students in Grades K-12 across multiple Spectrum School locations by providing tailored clinical and educational interventions designed to meet each learner's unique needs.

You will lead with expertise, guiding and mentoring your team through hands-on training and professional development while consistently evaluating and elevating their performance. As the primary advocate for quality assurance, you will ensure our programs comply with applicable laws and regulations while reflecting best practices. Working under the direction of the Area/Regional VP of Operations and onsite Program Directors, you will enhance academic, social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes through evidence-based interventions and close collaboration with campus staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDeliver comprehensive training to staff on designing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • check_circleImplement evidence-based behavioral and educational strategies to promote positive student outcomes
  • check_circleProvide crisis management intervention for students exhibiting aggressive or self-injurious behavior
  • check_circleSupport on-site teams through training on behavioral assessment, intervention, and data collection
  • check_circleProvide guidance and supervision to staff members pursuing BACB certification
  • check_circleAssist in developing and implementing improvement plans to enhance student performance and staff effectiveness
  • check_circleEnsure adherence to Department of Education regulations and internal standards across assigned campuses
  • check_circleMaintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, interventions, progress, and compliance activities

Requirements
