Every day is a Chance to transform lives through education.
As a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will join our award-winning Special Education team to perform meaningful work across multiple Spectrum School locations in the SF Bay Area (Antioch, Pittsburg, Concord, Oakland, and San Pablo). In this pivotal role, you will transform the lives of students in Grades K-12 by providing tailored clinical and educational interventions designed to meet each learner's unique needs.
You will lead with expertise, guiding and mentoring your team through hands-on training and professional development while consistently evaluating and elevating their performance. As the primary advocate for quality assurance, you will ensure our programs comply with applicable laws and regulations while reflecting best practices. Working under the direction of the Area/Regional VP of Operations and onsite Program Directors, you will collaborate with operations and educational staff to enhance academic, social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes through evidence-based interventions.
We seek individuals who thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment focused on meaningful outcomes for students with special education needs. If you possess strong problem-solving skills, compassion, a sense of humor, and exceptional dedication, you will find genuine purpose here. We are dedicated to empowering students to overcome challenges, build confidence, and unlock their full potential. Join us to make lasting impacts and contribute to the creation of a brighter future.
