The Regional Account Executive (RAE) is a key member of the sales team responsible for the strategic direction of customer relationships within the Grocery and Convenience Store channels. Based in Tennessee or surrounding areas, you will drive the sales of KDP's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) portfolio, owning the customer relationship to deliver volume, profit, and share growth.
In this role, you will partner with internal resources across multiple functions to execute the Non-Commercial strategy. Your day-to-day involves developing and implementing customer sales strategies, conducting joint business planning, and analyzing data to drive volume forecasting and budget planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including supply chain, category management, and finance—to create compelling customer presentations and manage trade budgets. Success in this position requires a highly driven, results-oriented thinker who brings solution-based thinking and strong business planning skills to the table.
