Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSource passive and active candidates through job boards, events, and career fairs
- check_circleMaintain recruiting reports with accurate and timely updates
- check_circleDocument and process offers, background checks, and onboarding forms
- check_circleEnhance employment brand messaging and collateral
- check_circleManage applicant flow and disposition candidates in the Workday ATS
- check_circleCommunicate with candidates after offer acceptance to ensure engagement
- check_circleMaintain an active social media presence to support recruiting efforts
- check_circleConduct phone screens and schedule interviews for open positions
Requirements
- verified1-2 years Sales or Recruiting Coordinator experience
- verifiedProfessional experience in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
