The Zone Chain Account Manager serves as the strategic bridge between Swisher and its regional chain and wholesale partners. This position is designed to drive growth in volume, revenue, profit, and market share by leveraging data-driven selling and fostering collaborative partnerships across internal teams and key customer stakeholders.
In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of sales, distribution, and execution for assigned accounts. Your day-to-day involves developing customer-specific annual plans that align internal sales objectives with customer growth targets, leading category management initiatives, and delivering compelling business reviews. You will work closely with field sales teams to oversee store resets and coordinate sales coverage, ensuring Swisher's brand portfolio is presented effectively to drive customer success.
This role is highly mobile, requiring approximately 50% travel, including overnight stays. Travel expectations are dynamic and vary based on the assigned territory and evolving business needs. A valid driver's license is required to navigate these responsibilities effectively.

7+ years of CPG sales experience. Graduated from Swisher's Vision Program (for internal applicants). Previous experience as a Special Projects Manager or Sales Development Manager. Bachelor's Degree.
