The Associate National Account Manager serves as a strategic partner to the National Account Manager, specifically focused on driving the success of Swisher's business with 7-Eleven. This position is designed to enable account growth through data-driven analytics, seamless coordination, and precise executional support.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and field execution. You will engage directly with 7-Eleven Field Operations Advisors and field leadership to ensure alignment on account objectives. Your day-to-day involves managing critical account operations, from item setup and promotional tracking to resolving complex issues. You will also play a key part in internal alignment, preparing insightful analysis for business reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Sales Ops, Marketing, and Trade to meet strategic timelines.
This is a dynamic position that requires frequent travel (up to 50%), including overnight stays, to support store-level execution, trade shows, and key account events. You will be expected to navigate retail environments, including convenience stores and warehouses, to ensure programs are implemented effectively on the ground.
