The Zone Chain Account Manager serves as the strategic bridge between Swisher and its regional chain and wholesale partners. This position is designed to drive growth in volume, revenue, profit, and market share by leveraging data-driven selling and fostering collaborative partnerships. You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of sales, distribution, and execution within your assigned territory, ensuring that Swisher's brand portfolio thrives alongside customer growth targets.
In this role, you will develop and present customer-specific annual plans that align internal sales objectives with the unique needs of key stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves leading category management initiatives, conducting business reviews, and creating compelling sales presentations tailored to account strategies. You will also coordinate store resets and work closely with field sales teams to optimize sales coverage, acting as a central point of contact for multi-functional resources like Territory Managers.
This role is highly mobile, requiring approximately 50% travel, including overnight stays. Travel expectations are dynamic and will vary based on the specific needs of your assigned territory and the evolving demands of the business. Success in this position requires a valid driver's license and the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
