About the Role

The Regional Account Executive (RAE) is a key member of the sales team responsible for the strategic direction of customer relationships within the Grocery and Convenience Store channels. Based in Tennessee or surrounding areas, you will drive the sales of KDP's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) portfolio, owning the customer relationship to deliver on both company and retailer objectives.

Your mission is to contribute to volume, profit, and share growth by developing and executing net sales and margin strategies. You will focus on distribution and availability of key brands, excellence in display execution, and price compliance. This role demands a highly driven, results-oriented thinker who proactively partners with internal KDP resources across multiple functions to execute the Non-Commercial strategy. You will be responsible for developing customer sales strategies, analyzing data for strategic insights, and managing trade budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and marketing.
