About the Role
As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be the guardian of our cooling systems, ensuring they run efficiently and safely across our food processing facilities. This role is vital to maintaining the integrity of our operations and our mission to sustain the global community. You will work in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts energy consumption, cost reduction, and operational continuity.
Your day will involve a blend of routine maintenance and rapid response to emergency repairs. You will collaborate closely with other technical teams to coordinate activities, ensuring minimal disruption to our production lines. Beyond technical execution, you will be an advocate for sustainability, constantly looking for ways to optimize system performance and implement innovative solutions based on the latest industry technologies.
