About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Refrigeration Journeyman Technician to serve as a critical guardian of large-scale cooling infrastructure across our industrial and commercial facilities. This role exists to ensure the uninterrupted operation of complex ammonia, CO₂, and Freon-based systems, directly supporting the continuity of cold storage, food processing, and manufacturing operations.
As a Journeyman, you will be the primary point of contact for the health of our refrigeration assets. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of hands-on installation, precision maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting. You will navigate blueprints and P&ID diagrams to diagnose malfunctions, implement cost-effective repairs, and mentor apprentices in the trade. Beyond technical execution, you will collaborate closely with operations teams to minimize downtime and drive efficiency, often stepping in during on-call rotations to handle emergency scenarios that keep our facilities running safely and effectively.

Requirements
