About the Role
The Reference Library Technical Assistant is a highly visible position within the library, serving as a primary point of contact for patrons. Reporting to the Head of Reference and Instruction, this role requires front-line interaction and excellent customer service to assist users in navigating the library and its resources. The position operates on a schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to midnight, with potential adjustments during summer semesters and holiday breaks.
