This specific role is a 24-week (6-month) traineeship designed to immerse participants in the world of recruitment marketing within the Department of Defense ecosystem.

About the Role

As a Digital Advertising Recruitment Associate Specialist, you will serve as a vital support member of the Maximus recruitment marketing team. Your primary mission is to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital recruitment campaigns that attract high-quality talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge military experience with civilian corporate strategy.

You will act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at virtual and on-site career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, and other industry gatherings. The position is designed to provide hands-on experience across the full spectrum of talent acquisition marketing, from crafting audience segments and building email nurture campaigns to managing digital ads and auditing landing pages.

A Day in the Life

Your journey will evolve through a structured curriculum:

• Foundations: You will begin with orientation to understand Maximus's mission, recruitment marketing basics, and core concepts.
• Execution & Strategy: For the bulk of the program, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate on content and creative assets, and manage digital advertising platforms.
• Analytics & Optimization: You will learn to track performance, generate reports on key metrics, and assist in A/B testing to refine candidate engagement strategies.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with recruiters and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency and compliance while exploring new tools and platforms.
