About the Role
AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated and driven Recruiting & Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This unique position blends the human-centric nature of in-office recruiting with the dynamic energy of B2B sales. It is designed for individuals who thrive on building relationships, connecting with people, and driving business growth through a dual focus on talent acquisition and client acquisition.
You will spend two days per week engaging in outside B2B sales and client visits, while the remainder of your week is dedicated to sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates. This role exists to expand our market footprint and ensure we have the right talent to meet our clients' needs. Success here requires a self-starter who is comfortable making outbound cold calls daily and managing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
