About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team in the Louisville, KY area. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth by effectively managing inventory levels and analyzing sales POS data. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring our products are presented at their best to maximize customer engagement.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of operational and educational tasks. You will execute seasonal resets, restock shelves, racks, and displays, and ensure product facing is pristine. A key part of your responsibilities includes maintaining point-of-purchase materials and addressing any damaged items promptly. Beyond merchandising, you will actively participate in retail partner and consumer counseling sessions. This includes leading product knowledge classes, hosting educational clinics, and facilitating promotional events to educate consumers and drive brand loyalty.
