About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you are a vital member of the onsite management team, working under the direction of the Business Manager to guide the operations of a multi-million-dollar apartment community. This role is designed for a business leader who thrives in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment. You will focus on delivering unmatched customer service while managing key operational areas including leasing activity, resident renewals, collections, financial reporting, and community communications.
The day-to-day involves addressing the concerns of current and prospective residents with a friendly and professional demeanor, leading tours, and executing lease agreements. You will also model effective sales techniques, assist in training staff, and lead rent collection efforts, which may include handling delinquent accounts and lease terminations. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing the property's budget through sound fiscal decisions to increase net operating income, while performing regular inspections of apartments and community grounds during move-ins and move-outs.
