About the Role
As a Sales Specialist at Mera City Center, you will lead the sales and leasing function at one of our 55+ Active Adult communities. Reporting to the Community Manager, this role is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community. You will be the face of Sparrow, guiding prospects through a high-quality experience that includes qualifying leads, conducting impactful tours, and providing thoughtful follow-up. Your day will involve executing outreach marketing events, managing social media to promote our lifestyle, and ensuring the community meets our high standards for show quality. Beyond sales, you will play a key role in our Lifestyle & Engagement program, fostering connections through events centered on strengthening bodies, sharpening minds, and sharing gifts.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verified3+ years professional sales experience
- verifiedExperience with lease-up properties in multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality preferred
- verifiedExperience using YARDI or other property management software
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- verifiedReliable transportation
- verifiedAbility to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
