The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for both current residents and prospective tenants, acting as the face of Mill Creek Residential. This role is designed to guide prospects in selecting their new homes while ensuring outstanding customer service and sales excellence throughout the entire residency lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating personal connections, understanding resident needs, and fostering a positive community experience from the first inquiry through move-in and beyond.
In this position, you will embody the Mill Creek mission, values, and brand promise in every interaction. Whether you are conducting property tours, resolving service requests, or assisting with move-in logistics, your goal is to support the customer experience vision and contribute to high resident retention. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the property's condition, staying informed about local market trends, and collaborating with the Community Manager to ensure operational success.
