About the Role

The Sales Representative is the engine behind our divisional growth. This role exists to identify and engage prospective healthcare facilities, transforming cold leads into warm business opportunities. You will work independently to source leads, uncover client staffing needs, and introduce our services, playing a key role in expanding our market share across various healthcare organizations.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating sales leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your day involves identifying and qualifying decision-makers—such as medical directors and physician recruiters—to assess staffing needs and business potential. You will conduct research to find new opportunities, educate prospects on our value proposition, and set qualified meetings for our Account Executives to close the deal. Success in this role requires a structured schedule, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to be coached and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
