About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will drive business development and recruitment efforts across Orange County, California. This is a collaborative, full-desk role where you will own the entire recruiting lifecycle, from initial business development to final candidate placement.

Your day will involve protected time to promote our staffing solutions through a mix of video and in-person meetings. You will engage in business-to-business sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, and fostering new relationships. By partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, you will position KPG as a trusted talent partner. Additionally, you will take a consultative approach to provide career guidance to candidates and hiring solutions to clients, maintaining and growing long-term partnerships on both sides.
