You will drive new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and smart prospecting tools. You'll build and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals, delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our staffing solutions. Negotiating pricing and agreements aligned with company standards and client needs will be a key part of your success.
Beyond acquisition, you will build lasting client relationships through consultative, relationship-driven selling. You'll manage and grow assigned accounts with high-touch service and proactive communication, partnering with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success. This includes conducting site visits, service reviews, and safety evaluations as part of full-service account support.
