About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Recruiter & HR Operations Analyst to own our recruiting function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to build processes, implement tools, and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced setting. The role combines strategic recruiting with HR coordination and administrative support to leadership.

You will be the architect of our talent acquisition strategy, designing and implementing recruiting processes, templates, and employer branding from scratch. Beyond sourcing and closing top talent, you will ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact to onboarding. This role requires a proactive owner who thrives on building systems and driving culture in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a multi-stage interview process designed to assess both technical recruiting capabilities and cultural fit. The process typically includes:

  1. Initial screening call to discuss background and role expectations.
  2. Deep-dive interview focusing on sourcing strategies, process building, and HR operations.
  3. Presentation or scenario discussion regarding building a recruiting function from scratch.
  4. Final interview with leadership to discuss team fit and vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleManage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation

  • check_circleProactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards
  • check_circleTrack and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire to leadership

  • check_circleRepresent the company at career fairs, meetups, and industry events
