We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Recruiter & HR Operations Analyst to own our recruiting function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to build processes, implement tools, and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced setting. The role combines strategic recruiting with HR coordination and administrative support to leadership.
You will be the architect of our talent acquisition strategy, designing and implementing recruiting processes, templates, and employer branding from scratch. Beyond sourcing and closing top talent, you will ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact to onboarding. This role requires a proactive owner who thrives on building systems and driving culture in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.
