Senior Technical Sourcer

About the Role

As a Senior Sourcer at Maximus, you will drive the acquisition of complex and niche technical talent, with a specialized focus on roles requiring security clearances and specialized IT skills. This position exists to build robust pipelines that position Maximus as a preeminent employer in the government contracting space. You will act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers, utilizing data-driven insights to refine sourcing approaches and ensure the organization attracts top-tier candidates.

Your day-to-day involves conducting deep-dive research on industry trends and technical requirements to understand the competitive landscape. You will engage candidates across various channels, negotiate offers to secure their commitment, and mentor junior sourcers to elevate the team's overall capability. Beyond sourcing, you will represent the employer brand at industry conferences and hiring events, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance recruitment effectiveness and compliance.
