Senior Technical Sourcer

About the Role

As a Senior Sourcer at Maximus, you will drive the acquisition of complex and niche technical talent, with a specific focus on roles requiring security clearances and specialized IT skills. This position exists to build robust pipelines that position Maximus as a preeminent employer in the government contracting space. You will act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers, utilizing advanced data-driven insights to navigate the competitive landscape and secure top-tier candidates.

Your day-to-day involves conducting deep-dive research on industry trends and technical requirements, leveraging a sophisticated stack of tools including OSINT, specialized platforms like HirEZ and SeekOut, and advanced Boolean search techniques. Beyond sourcing, you will engage candidates across multiple channels, negotiate offers to secure their commitment, and ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, clear communication. You will also play a key leadership role by mentoring junior sourcers, sharing best practices, and collaborating with recruitment marketing teams to enhance employer branding.
