As a Senior Sourcer at Maximus, you will drive the acquisition of complex and niche technical talent, with a specialized focus on roles requiring security clearances and advanced IT skills. This position exists to build robust pipelines that position Maximus as a preeminent employer in the government contracting space. You will act as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers, utilizing data-driven insights and advanced research techniques to identify top-tier candidates who align with our mission.
Your day-to-day involves navigating the competitive landscape of technical talent through deep industry research and the strategic use of specialized platforms. Beyond sourcing, you will engage candidates across multiple channels, negotiate offers to secure their commitment, and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. You will also play a key leadership role by mentoring junior sourcers, sharing best practices, and influencing hiring decisions to enhance overall department effectiveness.
Candidates selected for this role will be evaluated on their strategic sourcing capabilities, technical proficiency, and cultural fit. The process includes reviewing your approach to complex sourcing challenges and assessing your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market conditions, and internal value analysis.
