As a Senior Sourcer at Maximus, you will drive the acquisition of complex and niche technical talent, with a specific focus on roles requiring security clearances and specialized IT skills. You will serve as a strategic partner to the recruitment team, leveraging data-driven insights and advanced research techniques to build robust talent pipelines. This role is critical in positioning Maximus as a preeminent employer in the government contracting space, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our mission and values.
Your day-to-day involves conducting deep-dive research on industry trends and technical requirements to understand the competitive landscape. You will engage candidates across multiple channels, negotiate offers to secure top talent, and mentor junior sourcers to elevate the team's overall capabilities. By maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, you will influence hiring decisions and enhance our employer branding efforts through active participation in industry conferences and hiring events.
