About the Role
We are seeking a Hospitality Recruiter whose primary responsibility will be sourcing and screening candidates for our active searches across both hotel and restaurant verticals. This is a production-focused role centered on pipeline development, structured candidate evaluation, and consistent weekly output.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well within clear KPIs, and is comfortable operating during full USA EST business hours. You will partner closely with U.S.-based account managers to align on search priorities, ensuring that every candidate presented meets the specific needs of our clients.
Compensation
The package includes $1,000 USD per month plus a discretionary bonus.
